Privacy Policy

This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What we collect

When you complete the enquiry form we store the name, email address, phone number and delivery address you enter, together with the products and quantities you selected. We store this so the order can be passed to the store fulfilling it and so we can answer questions about it later.

Like most sites, our server also records ordinary technical information — the pages requested, the approximate time, and general browser details.

What we do not collect

We never ask for and never store card numbers, UPI IDs, net-banking credentials or passwords. Payment happens on the seller's own checkout, not here.

Advertising and analytics

We show advertisements from third-party networks, and those networks may set their own cookies to measure and select ads. We may also use analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Who we share information with

Order details go to the store fulfilling that order. Nothing is sold to data brokers or mailing-list resellers. We disclose information beyond this only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while they are useful for support and record-keeping, and are deleted once they are not.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we will action it within a reasonable period.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the revision date shown here.
