Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually ships my order?

The store we hand you over to at checkout. We list and describe products; they hold the stock, take the payment and ship the parcel. Their name is shown before you leave our site.

Why did I get redirected to another website?

Because that is where the item is stocked. We show you the product, and the final step of the purchase happens on the seller's own site so that your payment and address go directly to the people fulfilling the order rather than through us.

Is the price on this site the price I pay?

It is the price at the time we listed it. Sellers change prices and run their own offers, so always confirm the amount on the seller's checkout page before paying. If you spot a listing that is badly out of date, tell us and we will fix it.

How long does delivery take?

Most sellers deliver within 4–8 working days in metros and 7–12 days elsewhere. The seller's own page will give you a firmer estimate for your pincode.

Can I return something?

Returns are handled under the policy of the store that shipped the item — most offer 7 to 14 days for unused items in original packaging. Check their policy before ordering if this matters to you.

How do I choose a size?

Every listing includes the measurements we were given, and where a fit runs small or large we say so in the description. For ethnic wear with an elasticated waist, the stated size range is usually reliable; for footwear, size up if you are between sizes.

Are the product photos accurate?

They are the seller's photographs, shot in daylight. Screens vary, so treat colour as close rather than exact. Fabric and construction details in the description are the more reliable guide.

Why are there advertisements on the pages?

Advertising is what pays for the research, the photography and the hosting, which is how the site stays free to use.
